I remember when Blue Band was only eaten when you had visitors and it was treasured and cherished.Those moments are the highlights of any kid who grew up in in 'revolution years" Yeah. We are the children of teh revolution.
The best though was always when you got some much cherished red plum jam Zesta from Kenya.

ReplyDeleteI remember those tins! We'd use them to bake cup cakes afterward. Gosh, those were good times. And I have remained addicted to Zesta plum jam. The thing I truly miss, however, is a bottle of Tree Top orange juice. That was a real treat.
